Not a very busy day. Today we moved on from Habarana to Kandy with our driver Kanishka, he'll stay with us for a few days and eventually take us down to the south coast.
On the way we stopped off at a herb and spice garden. A fascinating place and very knowledgeable host -full of natural remedies for conditions you didn't even know you had.

We bought a few things including special tea with spice and herbs. You'll be very welcome to come round and try a cup.
Checked into a hotel in the middle of Kandy which looks out over a beautiful vista
Managed to get some tickets to the England, Sri Lanka T20 cricket. A fantastic stadium. A few miles outside of Kandy. A lovely tuk-tuk driver to take us there and we're just waiting for England to start batting again after a little downpour
England triumph...! Just....
